NITE helps people discover and join social events. This policy explains the main types of data the app collects and how that data is used.

Information We Collect

• Account information such as email address, display name, username, and login provider.
• Profile information such as city, age, gender, bio, interests, avatar, and photos you choose to add.
• Event information such as hosted events, join requests, attendance, reviews, and check-in status.
• Messaging and community safety content such as chat messages, reports, blocks, and feedback tickets.
• Device information needed for push notifications, such as notification tokens.
• Billing information such as Stripe customer, subscription and invoice identifiers; plan status; billing period; amount; and currency. Stripe processes payment-card information directly, and NITE does not receive or store full card numbers.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate accounts, show events, enable messaging, send notifications, prevent abuse, review safety reports, provide support, and improve reliability.

Sharing

Profile and event information may be visible to other NITE users according to app features and privacy settings. Avatar images, profile photos, and event cover images are public app content and may be visible to other signed-in users. Chat images are intended to be visible only to participants in that chat, subject to safety review, legal requirements, and technical operations. We do not sell personal information.

We use service providers to operate NITE, including Stripe for subscription billing and payment processing. These providers receive information needed to deliver their services and handle it under their own terms and privacy policies.

Deletion

You can delete your account in the app from Profile > Privacy & Settings > Delete account. You can also request deletion at Account deletion.
