Terms of Service
Last updated: August 18, 2026
Use of NITE
You agree to use NITE for lawful social planning and community interaction. You are responsible for the information, photos, events, messages, and feedback you submit.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your account secure. NITE may suspend accounts that violate these terms or community safety rules.
Events and Meetups
NITE helps users organize and discover events, but users are responsible for their own offline decisions, safety, transportation, and conduct.
NITE Plus Subscription
NITE Plus is an optional monthly subscription for premium host features. The price, currency, billing period, and any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm payment. Payments are processed by Stripe, and NITE does not receive or store your full payment card number.
Your subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel through the billing portal in NITE. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, so access continues until that date.
Except where required by applicable law, partial billing periods are not automatically refunded. Contact support@afterhey.com if you believe a charge was made in error or if you need help with a payment. We will provide notice before a material subscription price change applies to a future renewal.
Event Payments
NITE Plus is a software subscription and is separate from event or ticket fees. NITE does not currently process ticket payments or hold event funds. Hosts and businesses are responsible for clearly communicating and directly handling any event fees they charge.
Content
You may not post illegal, harassing, hateful, explicit, misleading, scam, impersonation, or unsafe content. NITE may remove content or restrict accounts to protect the community.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account in the app or request deletion at Account deletion.
